Anyone know a good place for tutorials or easy to use guides for flash?

I tried learning through doing with it, but my pc nearly ended up out the window in frustration! :D

start flash. Help>Lessons and pick one. if that doesn't tell you enough of what you want to know (which it doesn't in some areas) go to http://www.flashplanet.com/ they've got some good tutorials
