    This is probably (a) illegal and could get you locked up for smuggling the cigarettes (b) is possibly a cover for the smuggling of other items. Also, if they ask you for a 'deposit', don't give it to them, otherwise, you don't see the holiday or the cigarettes.

    Remember there is no such thing as a free lunch.

    You are allowed import drink and cigarettes in quantity, but only for personal (i.e. you alone) consumption. The onus is on you to prove this.
