How many Cups of Tea or Coffee do you drink a day?

I think I drink about 8 to 9 mugs a day......some time more, maybe 12

One thing i've noticed is O'Briens tea always gives me indigestion.

Anybody else notice poor water quality in restaurants/cafes?

I'd generally have about 2/3 of either in a day - used to be much worse though, about 7/8. Could never sleep before 3am everynight and wondered why...

...I've become such a sad and predictible gal recently that the man in the coffee shop has my brew of choice waiting for me when I get in there in the morning... so that's about a bucketfull of coffee first thing, followed by one or two cups later on in the day.

Not so bad I suppose.

I put down 5 or 6, which is an average. If I'm college and then work, it'll only be about 3, but once I go home it turns into about one an hour. Then if I'm on the computer at home (esp. when coding :rolleyes: ) it's one every 15 mins, for as long as I'm sitting there. Didn't feel the need to go to bed until 6am on wednesday because of it. Got up at 11, felt fine. mmmm that caffeine goodness

Rarely do i drink Coffee, though I enjoy it when I do. Mostly down to the fact that it's rather dear (for meh) and we don't yet have one of those pluger thingies for making the half-decent stuff.
I detest that instant shíte. Loaded with sodium or salt so it can dissolve faster. Puke.

I drink about 2-3 mugs a day minimum. On a good weekend (that's when I have the time to get some real drinking in) I'd guzzle my way through about 1-2 an hour if there's something to go with the tea. Otherwise its more like 1 mug every 2 hours.

I used to have a hazzardous Club Orange addiction until quite recently. Can't find the stuff now in the shops where I...er...shop.

I've my pot-of-tea-making technique down to a fine art. Ask me and I shall happily go into it
Suffie to say if no-one gets in my way i can get two perfectly nice cups of tea (plus a hot-drop) out of just one Barry's Teabag.

Not a huge fan of coffee unless the caffine requirement is high.. tea is my downfall... anything between 4 and 10 mugs a day... have one of those buckets that pass for a tea cup in work and one at home...

Like SyxPak i cant stand these things that people claim are cups when they are like a thimble with a handle..

need my tea and some choccie biccies... yummm

4 mugs of tea aday - thats prolly about 6 cups. I'm a Barrys man myself although everybody in Clare seems to drink Lyons.

Wake up to Tea never coffey, nothing then untill after work
then a cup of coffee then tea after er tea then coffee in the
mid evening. At the weekends I'll drink a cup or two more of coffee. God this is a sad poll thread...:D

Yup, I have a few pint glasses around the place that I use for milk, milkshakes, ribena, that sort of thing.

(We go through a lot of milk, between my two breakfasts every evening, and the milkshakes I'm fond of... and then there's the other three people in the house with their tea, coffee, breakfast, and so on.)

Same for me, I'm however trying to give up the old coke and I'm moving on to Club Rock Shandy if I can find it. Also they dont sell coke in the Spar on the dcu campus so that helps

Ditto, I used to consume at least one 2 litre bottle of coke per day, usually more, then I realised it was rotting my teeth away at an alarming rate and that water was just as good, I always have 2 bottles of water from the filter beside me when I'm at home, I feel a lot healthier as well now that I've replaced my coffee and coke drinking with water.
