Additional Channels on Sky ??

Is it possible to recieve additional channels that Sky do not cover on thier package or is my satelite dish only useful for what Sky say I can watch? If I can how do I find out what is availabe and how do I tune it in pleaassseeeeeeeeee :D

Here, you can get a list of all the channels available, go to Service -> Add Channels, and fill in the details you find on the left.
