photoshop did not start...

since monday ive been getting this message "photoshop did not start because you dont have enough ram" !!!! it was working fine the night before, and i assure you i have more than enough ram... it seems to freeze up just as its loading the tool bar :( anyone know what that is

Does this msg happen to mention anything about scratch disks?

Ps can get very bitchy when its low on memory
