    Im using expenditure over the last 20 years on x in a regression.
    What do I do? As in £25m 20 years ago compared to £25m today.
    Do I use the cpi? Please help me

    Bord Fáilte expenditure since 1980.

    Hard to say. If you can get a breakdown of where they spend their money, that would be the most scientific. If not available, I would try to split the current year budget between the Services index (advertising, etc.) and wages/ salaries indices.

    If you can only find the last few years on the website, phone them, be nice, explain what you are doing and they will send you extra years.
