Excuse me for being General but,

www.google.com works a charm for anything you may have questions for. from pr0n downloads to unix administration, networking with unix and just general networking.

You can also lock yourself into Linux or BSD.

    Any UNIX in particular ?
As others have said, theres stuff all over the web...
    However...

    Linux
    FreeBSD
    NetBSD
OpenBSD Not a lot, there could be a better resource ?
    Sun/Solaris
    SCO UNIXWare/OpenUNIX
    HPUX

And hundreds of others that I don't know off the top of my head.

You could look through amazon.com for some generic books on administraton,
the O'Reilly book "Essential System Administration" is general and pretty good.

If you look really hard you might find HTML copies of these books online

    I'll add one more thing.

Most Unix distributions have Man pages and How-To's shipped with them in both plain txt and or html format.

The Man pages are basically just manuals for different server programs, say apache, proftpd and others. They are more specific however, they are usually specific to programs to maintain and run previously mentioned servers.

The hot-to's are fairly self explanatory. basically if you want to know how to run a specific service or use NAT or just how to use the logrotate function there is a document that walks you thru it.

    Regards,
    Paul

    *shrug*
    You could start with...
The Linux System Administrators' Guide and...
    The Linux Network Administrator's Guide.
    (Both LDP)

Linux centric, but the general concepts are pretty much the same for all *NIX.

Forgot about that, I think it was the first UNIX book I read,
set me on my path to glory *cough* :)
From what I recall it was decent enough covering a few variants, point out differences.

It came with a HTML copy of the book on CD, which is why its all over the net.
Mind you, the one you linked looks wierd, the one on the CD looks like this.
