    Gotta say it really does seem to be heading for this. It's very hard to see how just the current type of regulation and penalties arrangement can ever knock the likes of eircom into shape. It's not really working anywhere - though the UK isn't doing too bad.

    We could certainly use another atom bomb to split eircom from eircom.net
