    as suggested inThis thread

Ive seen it work on other boards, and should stop allot of repeated questions and would deal exclusively with technical guides.

And by guides im talking something with a certain level of detail.
liek the one i posted, but not allways to that level.

people, upon reading the guides, could post their questions in the what ever forum dealt with that subject.

There is an admin notice function use that. Just can't remember what the link is for the moderators to edit it.

Just use one sticky, a post can have more than 1 link in it.

Is it possible to get final answer on this or better to get it
    started,

if not then what do you need to get a forum up and going ,
is it public interest ? or just admin oking?

Can you get maybe a trial period going, if it works keep it , if it burns dump it , no harm ,no foul
or is it that there is limited space on the boards / or a getting new mods issue.

(maybe we could poll it , ask public)
    any answers please:)
