    Has anyone any idea how to do this? OS is Win2k if thats any good...

    You can get programs to do it for you. They basically act as a wrapper. Try a search for srvany on download.com.
    That might be the name of the microsoft one but theres a VERY good free one out there and i think that it mentions the microsoft one in its description.

    Another program you can try is Automate service edition. It allows some other trendy stuff too.
