Empire Earth - Technical Problem

    I've bought EE, installed it, tried to play it... Well, the LOAD MENU screen came up (not the actual game), I pressed Play Game... Nothing happens.

    I downloaded the patch. Still, the same problem.

    My Voodoo3(pci) is up to date with drivers (I think).

    My monitor can run at 1024x768, and at 16bit color..

    My specs are:
    PII (350mhz)
    V3 (16mb PCI)
    Win98
    7.80 gbs
    (240 mbs for swapfiles on the game's drive)
    676 mbs free
    Only card in the computer is the v3...

    Any ideas? Any comments? Blahbalbhah? Reply.

    EE works fine for me,never experienced that with it.
    But the same thing happens me with Populous:the beggining :confused:
    On the menu screen you click play,it loads for a second,it stops loading :/
    I have a Athlon 900,GF3 TI200,512RAM.
    So spec is defo no problem.

    My brother got the game & it did ****!It crashed the computer 5 times and i really suspect there are a number of faulty copies out there ie. He exchanged the game for another copy and it worked fine!:mad:
