    If at home i go to bed, if outside them i put on the ear phones and listen to some screaming/shouting/basically noise music.

    Listen to some really loud music... really.... really... REALLY loud.
    Punch the walls 'till your knuckles bleed, then draw pictures with the blood... finger painting if you will.

    Or if you're not a total nut... :)
    Take a few deep breaths.... open a window... get a cup of tea/coffee... and breath ... inhale... hold... and release.
    Drawing (pen and paper style) definitly has its calming qualities, even if you're no good at it... just doodle on a page and let your imagination whisk away your troubles.
    You can't beat a good chat though, find someone close and have a good moan about whatever's pishing you off.
    If you're having trouble sleeping over something (your mind just won't shut up thinking about whatever has annoyed you)... get a book and read it until you can't keep your eyes open for another second... that's sure to exhaust your chattering mind... works for me anyway.

    Well nomarlly I would go drinking but if that aint an option. Listen to either Kill Em All or Ride The Lightning. Failing that get stoned. U can never get angry when ur stoned. It's to much effort ;)

    I know I should be a good well-adjusted sensible lad and take a walk or have some ice-cream but I'm an idiot when I get angry so I usually punch the wall. Never tried finger painting though.

    Punching the wall is good for you. I do it in work all the time. The wall is covered with my knuckle prints. Now everyone is scared of me. Hee Hee.

    Glue some stuff to his eyebrows. Like pink fur or something. Super glue it.

    Then when he's asleep put some crisps in his mouth cos they'll be all icky and soggy when he wakes up (got that off Harry Enfield, class).

    Spread some nasty rumours about his bowel movements, too.

    I tend to hit the wall aswell, but now that I;m working as a bouncer over here, I just throw people out of the place I work if I'm in a pissed off mood which isn't very often.

    Take up a martial art, like Tae Kwon Do where you get to spar.
    Two nights a week kicking the crap out of people (and getting your head kicked in too :D ) will solve any anger issues you've got :)

    Go for a walk. Rip mirrors off cars parked on the footpath (place them carefully on the windscreen). Spray paint lines on cars that aren't parked properly in the carpark. Shout at the neighbours. Go to an internet cafe.

    Go to a gym, or if thats not possible just do press up's till you can't lift your arms anymore, or go for a run until you can't move your legs. You'll find its very hard to still be angry when you're that physically f**ked. You'll be happy just to able to sit down and rest, and it doesn't break your hand like punching a wall does or cost as much as getting stoned :)

    Well, I listen to Metal - it vent's most anger. I always carry a bit of anger around cause it can be useful.

    Sometimes pickup my guitar and belt out something heavy - the strings are afraid to see me coming when I'm in a mood (but the music shop guy is alway happy cause I nearly always have to replace one or two of them).

    Someone mentioned drawing - that's good - even if it's only doodling.

    A cup of tea does wonders.

    Comedy on a DVD/Vid/whatever is classic - get the seratonin flowing and let the adreneline work itself out of the system.
