This program is recommended pretty much all the time and I will say it again...Photoshop 6.

I would scan one in and manipulate it. But goddamn it be careful!!!

I don't recommend this at all!

Plus, the main problem is getting the right paper and elaminatiion!

I would agree with veonix.

The lameness just keeps on coming. Get some extracurricular activities skills, the years between 18 and when you die, are plenty enough to kill a good few brain cells.

A few years ago i went off to college and made myself a fake DIT id so i would look older. It worked a dream, but while i was at college my brother found the file, learned enough about Quark to change the photo and earned himself a fortune in drogheda churning out fake ids.
They were perfict though. even down to the magnetic strip on the back
