thanx all 4 joining i would sugest building about 1500 to 2000 farms and sell the crops and buy troops thats if you are a republic if you are a teoracacy you could build loads of reasearch buildings and sell excess and buy troops only use communism if you have a large industral backing

(i)Build Military Labs for missiles
(ii)Yes, you have to set tax rates between troops, turrets and spies
(iii)I think you have to be a Theocracy to research stuff, it's not Communist anyway

you can get up attack and defence percentages by creating/buying more troops and turrets
