Is ITV2 on FTV cards?

Just got my FTV card activated. I was wondering if ITV2 is meant to be on it? It doesn't seem to be, but i thought it was FTA in the UK and therefore should be? Phelim

ITV2 is a subscription channel and is only available from Family Pack or higher in UK

It is actually FTA but they stupid Sky box needs a card to see it.
Use a nokia 9600 and see it in all its glory!
