    Is anyone here a member of Europe Online, I just wanted to know what it was like.
    Im aware that it is used especially for downloading files, but not actually browsing the internet.

    Yep you cannot browse the internet with it.

    Basically there are (or will be next week) 2 channels for downloading.
    Now downloading is scheduled between everyone.
    You have a 700 MB online account you copy links to and get the stuff loaded to it, when its ready you click on it and are given a time for it to be downloaded.

    When its downloading its fast but can be annoying the way it works.
