Problems with Sky News active

Is there antbody else having trouble recieving the new Sky News Active or is it just me. What I an suppose to be recieving is 8 screens when I press the red button but I am still only recieving the old set-up of 4 screens. I have been on to sky and they are baffled as to why I am still on the old system as my software is…

Are you meant to receive 8 screens? I also only recieve four screens. Whats up with that?

Sky News Active 8 screens don't launch untill February 12th.
Sky's fault really for causing confusion the way they spoke about in their magazine that was released a few weeks before it had even launched. They said "if you have looked at Sk... active recently you would have noticed changes..." or something to that effect. By the time it launches all those magazines will be well gone in the bin!!
