    The Communications (Regulation) Bill, 2000 is to be published according to the Governments legislation programme.

    It should appear on the website over the next few days here:

    Department of the Taoiseach - Government Legislation Programme (Note: currently this shows the Autumn Session 2001).

    It is item 12 out of 14 in Section A: "Bills expected to be published from the start of the Dail session up to the Easter Recess 2002".
