Personally I think it read like a "We will reach dry land!" speech (re: Waterworld). Too much emphasis on Terrorism.

I'm curious how he plans to pump more money into everything, more into military and also cut taxes. Especially when the country is expected to be in a $106 billion defiect by the end of the year.
