New Channels

I just wanted to know about adding channels on my digibox, Are there any channels worth adding? are they all foreign channels or a mix of both, Also is there a website with details on all the channels we can install in Ireland from our digibox?

EDIT: It's not Ireland specific, I know but it will give you the frequncies required. There is an Irish page, but I can't remember the URL, sorry.

whats the difference between E4 and E4 Mosaic on that list?

The E4 mosaic was used during Big Brother 2 last summer for Interactive coverage....and I think (someone will set me straight on this one) it is used for Bonzai.
