i got a statement , from www.24hour-online.ie

and thats how i knew that they took the money out.
i didn't close my a/c yet as i have to get the thing sorted out.

it prob was the BOI's fault as it was their ATM machine :rolleyes:

just goes to show you should all keep a close eye on your account and get a receipt if possible and reconsile it as often as possible too.
