Sky interactive last night

Was it me or was there a general problem with the "red dot" interactive features last night on SKY :-

1) Interactive Football 404 - no red dot
2) Sky Movies - no red dot
3) Sky News - no Active red dot ?????

Can this feature be disabled at a subscriber level ??

I checked channel 404 at about 8.20ish last night and I had the wonderful red dot which showed me highlights of the chelsea game!!

Still not working tonite ...

Rebooted (switched everything off and on again) any everything ok now !!!

this happened to me before
also had no text on bbc so i turned everything off and waited for 10 seconds and turned everything back on again
and, lo and behold it worked, on all channels

why does this happen?

I suspect its sky doing a software update as I've had a few calls over the weekend.
