In the latest twist in Microsoft's trademark lawsuit against Lindows, the Linux start-up has been compelled to hand over all of the personal information it has collected on users of its Web site, according to Lindows.

Odd that Robertson doesn't go into detail on how and why the data was handed over, and what he may have done to protect it from the discovery process.

The whole thing is bollocks. The company and the OS were called Lindows from the off to /create/ controversy and get in the media. Robertson loves this stuff. And, as usual, the media swallows it, hook, line and sinker.

Including Slashdot. They might as well hand the keys to Katz.
