Is it possible to get USB working on Win NT?
Are there service packs for it or anything?

    Thanks

    Install service pack 6a.

Lots of people will just tell you "NT doesn't do USB" but support for USB (and DVD) was added with sp6

The only trouble you may have though is, because support was added so late, very few manufacturers who use USB will have written NT drivers for their USB product.

i wasnt aware of the sp6a thing, but gernerally no.
although i did read somwhere that there is a third part app that will enable it.
have never heard if it worked or not though.
    mostly, id just say no.

No it wasn't, unless they removed it for sp6a.

You can get USB working on NT (with 3rd party apps) however some devices will never work, eg. Digital cameras, webcams, scanners.

Do a search on the Tech forum and you'll find lots more information on it.
