Iv just got a head phone but for some reason i cant hear nething but the mic works fine I exchanged it for a diff 1 cause i thought it was broken but its the same i cant hear nething but a sorta buzzing crackly noise help plzz! :(

u say the mic is working ok? is it a headset?

what are you pluging it into?

what connections are on it?
