    Does anyone have a copy of OpenBSD 3.0?
    If not how about NetBSD 1.5.2 or is there a good reason I should look at NetBSD, aside from giving monies to OpenBSD people for their great development efforts and buying a copy of OpenBSD? The claim 4 years without a remote vunerability seems I dunno maybe a good reason to give it a try? So does anyone have a copy of either?

    I could exchange
    Slackware 8.0
    Debian 2.2r2 x2 cd
    FreeBSD 4.4
    Solaris 8.0 and some dloads to get X86 running if needed
    Mandrake 8.1
    or other.
    2.5gb of Mp3

    Ok I need a little help getting OpenBSD 3.0 to boot.

    On my primary slave
    /dev/hdb
    My partitions are
    /dev/hdb1 - Solaris 8.0
    /dev/hdb2 - Fat 32
    /dev/hdb3 - FreeBSD 4.4
    /dev/hdb4 - OpenBSD 3.0 - OpenBSD seems to have trouble finding logical partitions so I am trying one big primary one ie /dev/hdb4.

    The install goes ok, make disklabel and doing a bare install the system says yeah ok grand so I boot Slackware on my primary hdd add the OpenBSD entry, run lilo and everything seems to go fine?

    Anyway so the OpenBSD entry in lilo looks something like this

    other=/dev/hdb4
    label=OpenBSD
    tabel=/dev/hdb

    Und when I select OpenBSD from the lilo boot prompt I get all the way to bad magic. What's going on?
    Also I have tried selecting partition 4 from the Solaris boot manager on the /dev/hdb mbr with no luck. Who knows how to fix this?

    that irish openBSD mirror doesnt work for me. Is it still up, or does anyone else have an alternate site to get an iso from. I dont want to just download one from a random site on the net, i dont hugely trust non offical iso's from websites called warez.*.*

    sorry Quozl I had to remove those ISO's, OpenBSD doesnt officially release them you see, and it might be dodgy having them stored on that machine.

    I'm downloading 3.0 from ftp://ftp.esat.net/pub/OpenBSD/3.0/i386/ it probably the quickest Irish mirror around.
