I mean no discredit to S.H. because they played well, but it was a tight game with no room for mistakes.....

    Unfortunately, Liverpool made 2

The incline gets steeper and steeper:(

They were pants, they had 1 shot on target and 4 overall, that is not a Championship winning team.
I have said it before, when Owen is not playing then they will not win.
Ye need a midfielder with serious creativity, ye do not have a veron, giggs, pires, lungberg etc.

If you score first then u will protect your lead but your goal difference is now 8 while we are 20, so that shows how many goals you are scoring.

In saying that, watch on Sunday, Saints will beat us 1-0 or something!! feckin boggy team!

    Gwan Saints!

I don't thing he'll be as involved as before though. May be LFC will be searching for a new manager next season. "possibly". No arguments but he is a fantastic manager. But he won't risk his life over it. I wouldn't!!!

I did'nt see the game or even the goals (no bad thing in the circumstances!) but what Southampton had last night according to
Henry Winter writing for the Telegraph/Indo was width.
Liverpool on the other hand must be the narrowest team in the
Premiership. As soon as Smicer or Berger get withing 30 yards of goal they turn inside, when all logic says they should race to the
goalline and cut the ball back for Heskey, Owen, Hamman et al to run on to.

To quote the Stranglers "somethings' gotta change..."

    Mike.
