Liverpool's medical problems!!

Why can't Liverpoll get some medical attention to try and cure their "Vertigo". It's been obvious for the last few seasons that they have a fear of heights and thats why they can't stay at the top of the league. By the way did they collect the trophey for being on top in November yet. Bet you wish you weren't knocked out of the prestigious Worthington Cup now ehhh!!!

I'm a devoted Celtic fan, so no real Irishman can slag me.

no, actually their lack of consistancy has stopped them from that.
i look upon liverpool as a better chelsea. however, they both play wonderful football and the next week go and lose to a 'lesser' club.

i think they only give out trophies for being on top of the league at the end of the year.

being a spurs supporter i dont have that trouble, yet....
although what that is meant to mean is beyond me.
sounds sarcastic, yet doesnt really aim at anything.
oh well, that s liverpool, cant get their point (across)
ok, it was a poor joke, im sorry

well, actually i think they can.
what have celtic got to do with a real irishman who supports an english team?
    hypocritical maybe?

Maybe it was the way I worded it but my origanal post was supposed to contain a hint of sarcasim (obviously unsucessful though).

Let me clear up a couple of points now. Celtic are actually a Scottish team so I don't support any English club and the reference to "Irishman" comes from the clubs rich Irish heritage.

The "Prestigious Worthington Cup" comment was a dig at LFC supporters who went on and on last season about what a great competition it is after they one it and this season when they were knocked out in the second round had the cheeck to say that they had no interest in the "Mickey Mouse" competition anyway.

My final point about the trophy in November was another attempt to poke fun at the same LFC supporters who said that the league was over and that they would "never be caught now" back in November when they were 9 points clear at the top of the league.

Maybe you might take some time out to read this properly (twice if you have to) so that the joke might sink in!!!!!!! (that's more sarcasim by the way)

may god have mercy on us all if Liverpool win the league this year...they will have something to really gloat about then for the next ten years... I hate it when liverpool fans slag off man utd fans with their achievements during the 70s and 80s and the famous comment " ahhh but it took man utd 26 years to win the league"

(The rantings and ravings of an Everton fan)

actually, if you read my post you will see that i did indeed say it sounded sarcastic. however, you didnt really aim it anyone. not once did you say anything about liverpools fans or any other mention as you did in your second post, so the sarcasm ws lost as it was not directed at anyone

if you dont care about english clubs thenb what exactly is your gripe with liverpools fans? surely it should be a case of apathy on your part?
irish heritage my arse. irish people just love to jump on the bandwagon of success. a few shamrocks and a bit of green is all it needs. i dont see you supporting notre dame college american football. or indeed having anything to do with all our irish 'brethren' in america?
or is it typical irish selection? anyway, just because you and half of the other sheep in irland who support celtic makes you immune to slagging from a real irish man? wow, looks like im not really a man doesnt it? 99% of real irish men support an english football team. makes you wonder doesnt it?
well, at least im not a hypocrite....

it will always be considered a lesser cup. it is a way into europe however. and it is the biggest dispenser of wealth through the nationwide leagues, so while it may not be at the forethoughts of the top 4 clubs in england, it is certainly important to everyone else.
i think you will find the top 4 clubs in england make up only about 3.5% of the league. the same could be aimed at man utd for dropping out of the FA cup. i suspect thats the last time they will do that.
but supporters will always put down what they cant have.
the league. pah! waste of time. spurs will not win it in the next 2 years.
champions league, pah! celtic will never win it, as long as they beat rangers everyones happy. even if you come bottom of the league if you beat rangers in a season you are happy.

ah, sorry. i missed it, it was the very subtle non use of direction that lost me there. again the fans not mentioned and all that. i must have been asleep, your post seems oh so clear to me know....

thats not sarcasm, its a handy hint for making yourself understood. especially if poking fun at something but neglecting to tell anyone what you are poking fun at.

    by the way, celtic.
    hahahaha, another crap scotish team.

I'm not trying to get off the topic but I'm just back from the states where I spent chrimbo with the brethern' as you so nicely put it. As a new member I'm still trying to find my feet but I see that you are a moderator so I guess that makes you "the big cheese" so I'm not going to fall out with you on my second day. I am getting quite a chuckle at your post so keep them coming.

    Final Thought:
Who were the first British team to win the European Cup?
Who are the fourth largest supported team in the world?
Who would beat Spurs off the park given the oppertunity?

Answer to all of the above: Glasgow Celtic FC

Whitewashman is a closet Rangers supporter as well as a Spuds one. So I would take any comments by him about Celtic with a pinch of salt as he is making it through a Blue Haze.

Just feel sorry for him, for he supports 2 sub-standard teams :p

    Gandalf.

no, im not a big cheese. i just like to have a laugh, especially with the whole im irish and i love celtic debate.
as a new member you are welcome, and i hope you enjoy your stay.
that on the other hand does not mean you can post up half posts, specially when im around, as i will tend to have a go at you :)
its not personal, sometimes im in a bad mood and i do it to everyone!
however, if you look at your original post, you will see that it isnt actually directed at anyone, hence my point.
as for celtic, personally i dont give a monkeys about them, and as gandlaf suggests, i am a token rangers supporter only because it has been bestowed upon me. aparently ive been to every one of their games or something. actually i dont support them, nor do i support any scottish team.
i think you wouldnt play spurs of the park. i dont hin youd play any premier team of the park. just becaseu they can pass the ball around scottish league teams does not mean they are the bees knees unfortunately.
im glad you had a nice christmas :)
say hi to the family for me.

ignore gandalf as he has turned into a patronising wánker ever since arsenal turned into a good team. before that he was a nice enough chap who i would have had a few beers with (and did). however, he has turned into something akin to a man utd fan and likes to tell everyone else they are crap while yelling all about his own team constantly.
empty vessels, rattling, most noise are a few words that spring into my mind these days.

i have no idea, nor do i care to be honest :)
but i dont consider celtic to be a britsh team, id consider them to be a scottish team. or would you like to include ireland under that british title as well?
gosh, if you have a big fan base you must be brilliant :)
    stick to the facts.
i dont think they would beat us of the park. thats just conjecture and personal opinion.
who did leeds beat of the park on saturday. cardiff wasnt it....

funny ol game and all that.....

yes, but not as much a laugh is i have.
i just wish more people would get into a good ol debate sometimes. it gets boring sometimes without a bit of a heated discussion :)

im sorry, you seem to be under the misaprehension that because i dont follow celtic i mcut be british?
now by that token, you follow a scottish team sop you must be scottish.

of all that youve posted this annoys me. its the common opinion of irish people whos minds are too small to comprehend that people can have differing opinions.
if you really think these things then i really have nothing more to say. after all, you are obviusly in the ira, farm potatos, drive a donkey cart to market every saturday, are contantly drunk and fight a lot. no doubt you beat and rape yur wife as well.

dont be so smart as to judge people from their opinions.
your not too smart to be judged yourself.
liam lawlor is a fúckwit as well.
    does that mean you are?
    get the point?

I dont recall liverpool ranting about the WC last year and I certainly don't recall them slagging it off this year, Where did you read/hear this.
Last year Liverpool just wanted to start winning again, and it so happened to be the WC first, followed by the FA Cup, followed by the EUFA cup and then the Super Cup, the Charity Shield, the Sky Sports masters 6-a-side, etc, etc....

Only ManU and Liverpool won anything in Engerland last year so could fans of all other teams please refrain from sarcasm until you get that winning feeling back !!

Maybe it is just me but I feel as though you should get a sense of humour "WWM".

The Rule Britiannia" remark was of the cuff in reply to what was said about you supporting Rangers, not as you may feel, because you don't support Celtic.

I refer to Scotland being British as they are a part of the United Kingdom.

I don't take kindly to having my nationalality ridiculed either. If you don't like the country and your fellow countrymen and women there are three sailings a day. Bear in mind your'e the one doing the stereotyping. I show no anamosity towards anybody, of any age, race, colour or creed etc.

I'm trying to have some light hearted fun which your obviously incapabile of.

apart from english people and liverpool fans though?
    or rangers fans?
    im not sure. enlighten me?

bear in mind i dont like having someone who doesnt know me say 'rule britannia' to me.
im quiet sure if i came up to you out of nowhere in the street and said

'your an inbred sheep shagging culchie'

you too would be unflattered. in fact, youd probably hit me.
so be careful about throwing around your off the cuff remarks at people you dont know.
as for the stereotype, well, no animosity apart from the british. or is it just english?

so, so far youve managed to get just about everything wrong about me. would you like to try again and maybe put a little bit of thought into what you say?

is there actually any start ot your talents as comedian?
