Hello Everyone,

Has anybody come across this problem yet,when trying to input the code to operate your TV? The light blinks once when TV is pressed but nothing happens when Select and Red are pressed together so it is not possible to proceed any further. I have seen ads on one or two sites for spare sky remotes that will not operate ones TV and am wondering are these inferior handsets being distributed with new installations
I have come across a couple of cases of new remotes that are like this.
