RTE Channels, ITV & CH4 - When Exactly

There's a lot of discussion about the wheeling and dealing past and present with these stations, but does anyone know the actual date when RTE is to begin broadcasting on Sky Digital? Ditto for ITV & CH4? Michael.

RTE = April

Others may be quite a while, but could be any time, but remember that they have no obligation to broadcast here, but UTV will probably be the next 'UK' channel to come available officially.
