Extra channels on Sky digital system

I have "tuned in" the few extra channels I have seen people mention here lately (ITV channels, Fox News etc.). My question is this: Does anyone have a comprehensive list of the extra (free to air) channels one can receive on Sky digital (and their relevant settings) that they could post here ?
