try www.t-shirt.com they have a custom t--shirt section where you can upload various file formats, not sure about them having red shirts though.

Any internet cafe could print it out for you (wont mention their names cos that would be advertising........) I went thru a phase of printing images onto all my tshirts at work.

All you need is your own iron on paper and u just change the settings on the printer to tshirt transfer paper.
The only problem is that with a red tshirt, all the transparent parts would be red obviously but that can look quite cool aswell if the rest of the ink is just black.

And Printer ink does fade eventually, but you can but this silicon spray stuff you put on afterwards that keeps the ink in longer.

Also, when applying the pic to your shirt, put a phonebook or something hard and flat underneath the shirt, and press down really hard when ironing. Then let the shirt cool down, and then do the whole process again.
But most importantly, let the shirt go cold before removing the paper from it. I ruined too many shirts from being impatient.

One other idea you could do, is buy some white fabric paint, and paint a square where you're going to put the picture. But make sure you let it dry properly and also perfectly flat.
My flatmate wasnt too pleased when i got white paint on the iron.

I'll give you a hand printing it if you like.
