Some guys are showing all-new Enterprise episodes as part of a Enterprise convention at the Royal Marine Hotel Dublin.

The event starts at 10am, 2nd December 2001, and runs until very late.

Tickets cost around £18. The guest of honour sucks though (Vaughn Armstrong "Admiral Forrest" come again?)

Don't mean to be callous, but as someone that considers myself to be a trekkie, Enterprise gets the "worst episode ever".

Have seen them all so far up to "Fortunate Son" , and frankly, i'd rather watch (almost) Voyager reruns.

I say: wait for them on Sky, and even then watch Broken Bow and then tune in another month after...

Fair point Longfield. I've heard similarily depressing comments from a couple of friends who've seen them too.

But everyone knows that the first few episodes of all the Star trek shows sucked. The only exception was Voyager which didn't improve until 7 of 9 joined in Season 3(?)

I'm hoping this new series is more like Next Gen and starts kicking ass towards the end of series 1.

I suppose you have a point there, new trek series usually do improve with time.

Definately agree with the Voyager 7 of 9 comment, she was eye candy yes, but did open the plot up a whole lot more.

Who knows, maybe cap'n Archer will run into the Borg himself :)
