Finding frequencies for satellite channels to add to Sky Digibox

    Hi all,

    I posted this query to the Open and OpenTech mail lists this morning and was advised to try here to so here goes

    I took delivery of a Sky mini-dish and digibox yesterday to replace
    our Chorus connection at home. It's great with one exception - there are no Spanish language channels. This wouldn't normally be an issue except that Chorus had TVE (Spanish equivalent of RTE) and my wife is Spanish!

    Now I have a couple of days to find and successfully tune some
    Spanish channels or the dish and digibox get sent back to Sky :-(

    Somebody help please!!!

    There are no Spanish Channels on the satellite that Sky Digital uses.

    Damn!

    That's what I have been hearing so far this morning.

    It's looking increasingly like I'll have to go back to the Chorus offering - serious downer!

    Hmm not necessarily :)
    If you are interested in Spanish TV - it is possible
    Just not with the digibox.
    It will be costly but probably only one off.
    Tony or chernobyl might be able to advise-are ye there??.
