According to digital spy itv is now on 103 on the uk epg. Is it on ROI epg as I am not near a digibox.

No it's not there. Its looking Bad.
Just saw the last minutes of london news on R1 1-1 (london central) 6- 6:30 programme.

Stating now you can see ITV on digital tv.
    on 103 and 936 --
Itv is not on the irish epg in or near these numbers.

So it looks like we are cut out in ROI!!!!!

Nothing on 936 with my London card!
Don't dispair-You still have ITV via the add channels-all regions! and I'd say now its been postcoded on UK cards without wiping out Added ITV channels in ROI-then it's looking good :)
And of course soon enough you'll have UTV on the Irish EPG anyway.

unless we will be left to access via the add channel, Don't know if they will /can remove this as in another thread utv is stated as a FTA channel

If ITV does not want irish viewing cards to access the channels then you will know very soon.
A simple Multicast transmission to all irish boxes and bye bye ITV/UTV.
