ok heres the thing i have an excel book with two columns for example say first name and surname..if i wanted to merge the two cells say "john" and "smith" would make john smith(very technical) but when i merge and center it only lets me keep the first cell ie "john".
merge cells is ticked in the format menu under alignment so its not that...is there any hope cos it is a rather big file
i wouldnt want to start copying and pasting them all:confused:
