    Where's the best place to go to buy a laptop and how much would i be talking for say a p3 500. Does any of the companies do celeron laptops ?

    Went to the site and added an ethernet and modem card, a dvd drive, additional 64mbs ram and something else pretty essential which i don't recall what it was and i'm now talking 2500 pounds for the p3 one. Hmm, anyone else got any better deals than that. It's pretty reasonable I guess.

    Give www.PCP.ie a ring on 2836322 and see if one of our reps can do better. The parts come in from clone manufacturers in tawain so it might be cheaper.

    And if you do, can you mention you got the number off www.boards.ie, I'm trying to get them to buy advertising.

    If your going to america or Know any one going there, pick on Up, My mother got a celeron 400 32 Mb Ram, Toshiba, modem, 15 inch screen, adaptors etc for £900 irish.

    Good deal. However if you order from america and have it sent they put on customs.
