    Hi folks,

    A large room (single bed) in a 3-bed bungalow will become available to rent from early-mid November. The house is in Aglish Estate in Castlebar, 1 minute from the shop, 5 minutes from the college and hospital, and about 10 minutes from the town center.

    The house is reasonably comfortable and has an electric shower, oil-fired central heating, a washing machine and a telly.

    £35 per week rent, plus utilities(oil, electricity etc.). £140 deposit. Minimum 4 weeks notice required to move out.

    Looking for a reasonably clean, quiet (as in not too noisey :) ) person, male or female, who will pull his/her own weight (as regards washing up/cleaning etc.) and will respect the privacy and property of others.

    Hey folks,

    That room is now available. Optional second single bed for the room is also available should anyone want it. Room comes complete with Pokemon posters and glow-in-the-dark stickers on the walls.
