    id just like to say a big congratulations to my mum who has made me very proud.
    she recently returned from japan after competing in the shotokan karate world championships competing in the vetrans (over 40) events.
    unfortunately she was only able to come 4th in the world in the kata.
    not too bloody shabby i think.
    so any more slagging from you lot, and i'll get my mum on you all.

    you go gurl!
