If anyone could help i would be really grateful
    I own a Samsung Yepp MP3 player
its 10 months old and worked fine until this week
it began cutting out even though there were fresh batteries in it
Now when i turn it on a music note appears on the LCD and after about 10 seconds it tells me to check battery even though the batteries are fine as far as i can tell
Thanking u in advance for any help u could give
    Johncisme

If it's ten months old, it's probably still under warranty. Bring it back to where you bought it. You may have to send it back to Samsung or something... but you should be able to get it fixed.
