    From Sky News ( www.sky.com/skynews ):
At least 15 people have been taken to hospital after an armed man dropped a jar containing a mystery substance during a scuffle at a Washington subway station.

Commuters complained of dry throats and nausea after the incident at a metro station just north of the American capital.

    More follows.....

    Yipe!

    Hmm, CNN says differently.

Why would he use a firearm and have a knife if he was only going to spray perfume out of a plastic pump bottle.

Probably a typical American nutball, who can get his hands on a gun, and thought the bottle held 'magic anti-Bush solution' or something. Imagine being stuck in a subway train carriage when a whole pile of strong-smelling detergent was sprayed around. I reckon I'd have a dry throat, nausea and breathing problems too!![EDIT: or even with pepper spary!!] :)

This kind of thing probably happens every day in Washington, but it's only highlighted now with the bio-warfare and anthrax scare going on.

I think news now is just trying to be quicker than the rest, forsaking common sense in the wake.A few weeks ago CNN reported the air war had started because an oil tank had exploded north of Kabul.Jesus,som1s home oil tank goes mental and its ww3?And afre the US really going to spend cash on missiles to destroy a single fuel tank?As George Dubya once wisely said
"Im not going to fire a 1 million dollar missile at a 5 dollar empty tent"
