moving a server from domain into another domain

Hiyahs,

Here is a toufy one for all those "NT Gurus"

i have two domains as follows
1= jardine
2 = dublan

i have 2 pdc's, one for each domain.
ive demoted the dublan pdc to a bdc and and am attempting to move the dublan (now a bdc) to the jardine domain (which has a pdc on it).

Ive tried this and cant seem to get it to work.
Im looking for some1 who has done this or knows how to do this?

Any help at all will be appreciated. Thankx
