For some strange and unusual reason, I'v started to get really high pings while playing CS. Every now and then, it suddenly jumps from around 200 up to 5,000. I have tryed 3 different ISPs but I keep getting the same thing. I'm on a 56k, can anybody suggest any ideas??

This would probably be better on the CounterStrike board, but check your rate... use around 4000 if all else fails.
