    Murray Walker, synonymous with Formula 1 as a motor sport commentator for over 50 years, is finally retiring from the profession which has won him international fame.

    The US Grand Prix will be his last race in the commentary box.

    F1 won't be the same without him.

    He will be missed from the world of F1 commentary, listening to him commentate is always a pleasure.

    He sure beats listening to those 2 tits on RTE'S commentary

    I agree. His legendary gaffs have entertained me for many a year.

    And those plonkers in Net2 ... they should try getting Irvine as commentator, as his race is usally over in the 1st 5 mins anyway!

    Brundel is the best commentator around & the only reason to watch ITV.

    BTW F1 is sooooooooooo boring these days it looks like they've arranged theresult in advance!
