    We've discussed racism, sexism, and even credeism...but what about the other ism?

    The other ISM is ageism

    How does ageism effect you? Do you adjust the way you speak, act or credit peoples capabilites by their age? whether it may be too young to, or too old to...

    I know I try to be conscious of the pre-judgements I make in regards to many aspects of the people I meet, but I must admit that sometimes I assume that someone considerably younger then I might not "get it" but then I also make assumptions about people my age, or older, their energy lvls or ability to accept new ideas or be open minded and respectful of others ideas.

    So, I'm just curious about what your experiences and outlooks on this might be?
