Sky Active from Oct 1?

Yesterday in the cover letter that came with the latest Sky magazine it mentioned that Sky Active (new name for Open?) with email etc will be available from Oct 1. Does anyone know if this is specifically for the Republic of Ireland?

Hmmm I got no cover letter with my magazine but from what I can gather at the moment it is UKonly. Though Sky are supposed to be working on it being available in IRL. Hope so as it will bring new dimension to Sky Digital in Ireland.
