It seems to be loading a blank page here. Anyone else? It had been up for a while yesterday. I doubt it's still the nimda worm.

yeah. blank page. I haven't even been able to get a response from the site since the nimda thing.

    site up again - http://www.odtr.ie/docs/pres260901.doc

    Quote:

.. The Regulator has also directed eircom that no launch can take place until 21 days after she has approved the revised prices.

    EDIT:

I missed this earlier - another new statement:

    http://www.odtr.ie/docs/odtr0175.doc

The Regulator states "In particular, she may not approve a “margin squeeze” (by which the retail prices charged by a dominant undertaking are so close to the wholesale prices offered to competitors that even a reasonably efficient competitor cannot enter the market).....

...The ODTR today directed eircom to submit a revised comprehensive and compliant cost proposal for the wholesale bitstream product utilising factors for the weighted average cost of capital and asset lives as determined by the ODTR. eircom have further been directed to eliminate any margin squeeze.

Maybe that will liven things up!?
