Princes Square opposite Central station is a nice wee shopping mall. And definitely go to the museum of modern art just nearby.

Last time I was there in Princes Square they still had the Faucoults pendulum, it wasn't working (...) but maybe it is now.

And take a Glasgow bus tour, iirc they start at just by Queen street station, opposite a big square that I can't remember the name of. The tour isn't as colourful as the Dublin bus tour but there's some great sights to be seen.

For Lunch, you could pop into Bar Soba, off Buchanan St., across from the Princess Arcade, beautiful sandwiches and a nice pint

    You'd be thinking of George's Square ;)

    Scotland ftw!
