I ordered an Acer laptop from Jes and it arrived in an undesireable condition. One screw is missing and another was loose. Also the facsia of the dvd drive was busted i.e. falling of. What I would like to know is has anyone had a problem with a Jes laptop and wether they had to send it back to the manufacturer or back to Jes company?
    Thanx.

Send it back to Jes first.

Seems like alot of trouble for something so small I mean all I need are the parts I could fix it myself is there no other way.

Well, I wouldn't worry too much about the screws, but it's more the principle of the thing. If you spend money on a laptop, you expect to get it in perfect condition, not falling apart. Your call. Personally, I would return it, and try to get another one, not just the same one fixed.
