I went to see them in Belfast on sunday.

The Mitchel brothers were pretty poor - not sure why they were deemd to be a relevant support band for bloc party? some ethno-cautious PR agent prehaps? or maybe MP themselves have a fondness for tired british hip-hop..

The BP were great though - the show rocked and the venue seemed to come alive with their music. The balcony was the better of my two positions as I retired to the (alcohol free) vantage point halfway through the set in order to take some pictures.

As far as I can recall they played 2 new songs from their up coming album..

looking forward to their next installment.

I wanted to go, I didn't think they would have sold out so quick, Ah well I'm going to Bob Dylan at the end of the month! :)
